上次煮咖喱嘅時候用剩半罐椰漿，咁咪諗住用咗佢囉，就諗起以前响餐廳食咗一碟咁上下嘅餸。
材料: 蝦，椰漿，鮮忌廉，Basil 碎，鹽同黑椒粉
不過有少少失手 Dr. Chiu 話太咸喎...唉...
